Air conditioning was great, staff were friendly....however had to call for toilet tissue after returning from the day out after the room was cleaned, we knew the Fringe was on but didn't realize there was techno music thumping until 3am every night and then kegs being thrown around until 330 or 4 am

AMAZING LOCATION!! SUPER CLEAN!! MODERN ROOM ALL AROUND I LOVED IT!! In Edinburgh this is the place to stay. The location was absolutely phenomenal and this suite was so modern it was absolutely phenomenal. I can’t wait to come back and stay here again!

While the staff were great I had no tv both nights and the phone wouldn’t work to call down to the receptionist, so I walked down there 3 different times spoke with 3 different women and no one ever came to fix either. On the second day I was on my room resting from the walking and someone tried to open my door I opened it a very startled man said oh I was helping a lady get in her room there was no lady with him and he was very shaken by me opening the door and asking if there was a problem very strange gave me the creeps I bolted it every time I shut it. The wee room was nice but very warm the fan had a hard time.

"Booked a single room for one night, bed was comfy and had all the everything I needed for the night. Staff were really helpful, polite and accommodating. Cleanliness of the room wasn't great, and found that walls/doors were really thin so hard to sleep due to noise in corridor/stairs/other rooms. ..."
