"It's a very nice house but really needs some TLC. The backyard is nice but the seats are about to break and there is an old unusable hammock. The master bed is extremely uncomfortable and you can feel the springs digging into your ribs. There is no coffee supplies, only 3 forks, it's pretty much bring your own supplies. Overall it's a nice quiet place but needs a lot of improvement."

"Had an extended Prospect Wire tournament in the area with my oldest son. The house was PERFECT! The remodel was done really well. The kitchen had everything we needed, the bedrooms were very comfortable and clean. We needed an extra night at the last minute and the host was extremely accommodating with our schedule and our needs. I would recommend this place for anyone looking for a great stay at a great house."

"It was beautiful especially Boca Grande, went on a charter fish trip which was amazing. The property was also amazing nice dock and canoed the first day it was fun but then we saw a lot of gators but overall would come again! "
