"Very central, large apartment. The views from apartment are not good. Advertised as having a patio, which unfortunately turned out to be a small area off the bedroom , surrounded by very high walls with many other apartment windows looked down onto it. This area was not clean . The shower head had to be hand held as would fall out of its socket when turned on. Can’t say anything about AC as the remote control did not work. Towels were old and discoloured."

"The apartment is in a fantastic location with very clear and amazing views across the beach and sea. It’s super new and designed well. Also very clean. Based on this I would happily stay again. My only concern is communication. There was no comms before regarding where to collect keys so I contacted and they shared details. The property require a security deposit, as listed in the website, and although the description says this can be paid by cash or credit/debits card, they will only take...

"If you're looking for a hotel in Ronda, this is the perfect place! Catalonia exceeded all our expectations! The location is exceptional, right at the bottom of the pedestrian shopping street and about a 5-minute walk to Puente Nuevo. The staff is so friendly, professional, and helpful. The hotel is immaculately clean and beautiful. When you walk in, you're met with the most delicious scent (which they don't sell, unfortunately) and self-serve ice cold orange and cucumber water. The rooftop views of the bull ring and mountains can't be beat! The pool area is the perfect spot to cool off and relax - lots of lounge chairs and also a warmer jacuzzi/jetted tub. You can order drinks using the QR codes and a server will bring them to you. The rooms and bathrooms are also large and equipped with everything you need. Towels are large bath sheets and high quality. You won't regret booking this hotel!"

"Is been a while since i stayed in a hotel like use to be. This hotel the staff treats you like a king. The make feel like royalty. "I’m really glad I chose this hotel and decided to stay here. From the moment I arrived, I immediately felt a warm, cozy atmosphere. The entire hotel is beautifully designed in the style of Pablo Picasso, and throughout my stay it was fascinating to discover and appreciate all the artistic details. I would also like to sincerely thank the entire hotel staff. A very special thanks goes to one of the receptionists, who helped me tremendously when I was searching for my mobile phone. I had lost my phone and couldn’t remember where I had left it. Unfortunately, I didn’t write down his name, but if he happens to read this review, he will definitely know that I’m talking about him. Thank you once again for your kindness and for helping me. I hope to return to your hotel in the future. I wish your hotel continued success and prosperity, and I would like to thank the entire staff once again for their excellent service."

"Beautiful hotel, but ruined by a rigid and disappointing check-out experience I booked this hotel for my daughter’s wedding, and our family stayed across three rooms. The hotel itself is beautiful, the amenities are excellent, and the breakfast was outstanding. We initially enjoyed our stay immensely. However, check-out was a completely different story. We were surprised to be told that a fourth room was booked under our name. When we explained we had no knowledge of this room, we asked why no one had contacted us when it became a "no-show" on night one. The staff had no answer. Despite our request for them to check their security cameras to verify that no one ever checked into or used that room, they refused. Rather than waiving the fee or offering a standard one-night penalty, they insisted on charging us the full amount for the entire stay. They completely refused to negotiate—which is incredibly disappointing considering our wedding party had brought over 20 room bookings to the resort. This rigid, uncaring customer service is certainly not what you expect from a 5-star resort."
