"This hotel is our favorite pet-friendly hotel in downtown Durham. During this last visit, I had inadvertently double booked myself a room directly with the hotel and on Expedia. The check-in host was so kind to cancel the room booked directly with the hotel without penalties. I certainly was not expecting that and figured I'd be paying for two rooms due to my oversight. Thank you 21c hotel. That made my day, and I will certainly return. "

"This house was perfect for our family trip at Thanksgiving. Kitchen was well stocked and beds were comfy. We noticed on the first day an issue with the gas stove but they sent someone out and it got fixed that morning. Thank you for a great holiday vacation :)"

"I stayed here with a couple of friends while we attended a conference at Duke and it worked out brilliantly. There's easy parking for two cars, the neighborhood was quiet, it was a 10-15-minute drive from Duke Chapel, and the space was lovely. A delightful time was had by all!"
