"I really only have 2 complaints. The first and most important is that when the hotel tells us upon check-in for a week stay that the room won’t be cleaned til day 3 of our 7 day stay (which we had NO PROBLEM with) but then get to our room and have ONLY 2 bath towels. Hilton should AT LEAST put 4 bath towels for 2 people. Of course we had to keep calling for more towels which is not efficient for us OR Hilton. 2nd complaint is that at the pool the towel kiosk does not open until 9am. People are at the pool at 8 am and by 8:30 the line gets long."

"The condo was perfect for our stay. It was exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed—from a fully equipped kitchen to well-supplied bathrooms and plenty of beach gear. It was clear that the owners put a lot of thought into making guests feel comfortable and at home. The location and amenities made it easy to relax and enjoy our time on the Big Island. We would absolutely stay here again on our next vacation and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area."

"This place was amazing! It fit all of us comfortably (2 adults, 6 kids) and everything was clean and beautiful. The garage had chairs and coolers, life jackets, and boogie boards. The in complex pool was super close and fun, and the unit is very close and easy to get to the Hilton pools. Also walking distance to Queens Market, and also Kings if you wanted to walk there. Amazing place, thank you!"

"We had a wonderful stay! The rental was beautifully decorated, exceptionally clean, and stocked with thoughtful extras that made a real difference, like coffee filters, spices, and an icemaker. We especially enjoyed spending our mornings on the patio, drinking coffee while watching and listening to the birds. Although we didn't end up using the beach gear or the outdoor BBQ, they would be a great bonus for a larger group. We didn't encounter any issues or pests during our stay and we would happily stay here again!"

"There are genuinely no complaints. Was hesitant going into it since there weren’t many reviews but they are very hospitable and provide you everything you need other than food on your stay. Toaster, electric kettle laundry etc. everything provided. It’s located right by two of arguable the best shopping centers on big island, like a 5 minute walk away. Genuinely no complaints."
