"The room was immaculate as was the service provided. Please don't forget to let the front desk know about the included breakfast you may have purchased with Expedia. They happily refunded me when I forgot to ask which was nice. The views provided by the hotel were incredible. Would've happily stayed in the vacation village my entire stay!!!! Side note..... night Security (tall female short hair with glasses) was so incredibly rude. She kicked out my family and myself out of the pool area because we didn't have our wristbands. (we weren't wearing them because we were staying for 5 days and didn't want to be uncomfortable ) The security woman was so unforgiving and brutal with us. Her demeanor alone made us all second think a return stay. However, it's our annual trip destination and we have had many great experiences in Waikoloa. I only wish someone would remind that woman to treat people with kindness and understanding because we select Waikoloa to relax, have fun and enjoy our stay and not to be at the mercy of unfriendly, annoyed disgruntled staff, "

"Our stay at Hale Laki was AMAZING! We are a family of 8 with three little kiddos (one was a newborn) and everything from amenities, cleanliness and walkability to grocery stores, restaurants and the pool (which was literally across the street) made this piece of heaven perfect for us. After a long day, it was great being able to relax in the living room and turn on the TV or have the little ones play in the backyard. We cannot wait to come back! Thank you for an incredible time! The kids who of course have strong opinions called it their "Home" the entire stay. lol"
