We are disappointed to see your 6/10 rating following your recent stay with us, which was not up to your expectations. First of all, we regret to read you were disappointed for the elevator automatically stop at reception, the reason why the elevators stop are just a security reason. Following your comments on the breakfast and parking rate, we agree that Geneva is an expensive city, please rest assured that we constantly align our rates to hotels and restaurants of similar category on the local marketplace. Regarding your internet observation, today we start to change our Wi-Fi system to improve our quality and avoid any connection failures.
