"Very disappointed. The Shower did not have hot water and many discussions with manager and front desk- they finally opened another room so we could all go back and forth for a shower. Lucky it was vacant!!!! for the money we spent i would not expect this. This was an inconvenience and no apology at all!!! The reception people were very weird. Gossiping and complaining to each other. They did not seem to know anything about the town or what was open or good No mood at all no music at reception and TV was turned off. We turned it on at breakfast and when we left she turned it off. I stocked up spoons and our coffee PODS out for breakfast staff did not bother. The lookout viewing platform. No removal of snow and very dangerous for guest to walk. Just very low care at this resort seemed neglected and poorly managed. Fireplaces do not work on any floor they had no idea how to turn them on. I would not recommend spending over $350 a night. Not even a chair to sit on in the room we stood or sat on edge of bed Also, the spare shower we used water was bursting form the wall pipe and the lights were hanging off the wall. This place has no soul and was a horrible and dead experience. Still awaiting the managers call. Completely ignored us!"

"This home is large and stunning! The home is equipped with anything you’ll need: filtered water, tea/coffee, spices, extra towels, soaps, lotions, games, etc. The hot tub was perfect for the winter nights. I would definitely come back in the summer to try out the large pool. Also loved how the host was very quick to respond to all messages. 10/10 stay :) "

"We enjoyed the home very much - a convenient location - very close to all the local restaurants and shops. Very clean and appreciated all the amenities! The only reason we couldn't give a full 5/5 stars was because a few of the heating units were not working so the common areas were chilly - but the host did give us a heads up right before check in and said the parts were on order - just unfortunate they didn't arrive during our stay! The host was super communicative and overall a pleasant trip :)"

"Great place for sleeping, clean and comfortable. Recently updated and great location. Would be nice to have more living space like a living room and dining room, but for clean sleeping accommodations it's perfect."

"Very nice home, and very private and relaxing location.Clean and well stocked with paper products, laundry detergent, etc.Could have used a few more large mixing bowls and pans for cooking, making salads, etc., but there were plenty of dishes and glassware.The coffee maker didn't work very well, probably time to replace that."
