"The cabin was very clean. It's a nice out-of-the-way place to relax. Check-in and check-out were very easy. The chairs and bed were very comfortable. It's an easy drive to near by activities and locations. The location is scenic and remote. The Mickelson Trail is very near, and an interesting, easy walk."

"We absolutely loved our stay at this PowderHouse Pass home in Lead, SD! The house was beautiful, clean, modern, and had plenty of space for our entire group. Every bedroom had its own ensuite bathroom and TV, which was a huge bonus for everyone.The hot tub was perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring, and we even had a family of deer visit the property each evening around dinner time — such a fun bonus!There was also an incredible amount of garage space for all of our vehicles, UTVs, motorcycles, trailers, workout equipment, bicycles, and even room for a round of cornhole. The laundry room having two washers and two dryers was another great feature for a larger group.The location was perfect — close to walking trails and UTV trails, making it easy to get out and enjoy everything the Black Hills has to offer.We loved our stay and would absolutely stay here again! Highly recommend this property!"

"August 19, 2026: 6 adults, 5 children - lots of room for us all! There is 1 bathtub. Not a ton of pots/pans/cooking dishes, but just enough. Lots of tupperware. Plenty of plates/cups/silverware. Very little "leftover spices" type things or any leftover cooking items in the cupboards, pretty much salt n pepper shakers. This place seems very brand new, shiny fresh, not many visitors yet. 2 games, 1 puzzle, 1 volleyball (which the kids had fun with in the garage) 2 adult bicycles which we rode, that was really neat. High ceiling in the main area, very echo-ey. The living room glass wall/"garage door" was super cool. At first we thought it would just be novelty, but it truly served to open up family time between outside & inside! So we could all visit & not feel separated, yet plenty of rooms to go hide out in, if you did want to peel off from the group. The huge, empty garage served as another awesome play area for the kids. Tons of closet space & everyone gets their own bathroom. Seating for a large group was very good. The outdoor fireplace hadn't been hooked up yet, but I'm sure it will be soon. We sat and watched chipmunks running all about the large rocks out back, very relaxing. Also saw deer and an enormous rabbit! Very quiet, laid back neighborhood. Swam at the clubhouse, very spacious (2pools) with a big splash pad as well. Hot tub was lovely."

"Beautiful, clean, and inviting home with a wonderful feel of comfort and warmth. We loved the zero-level entrance and having everything conveniently located on one floor. The kitchen and living area were spacious, as were the bedrooms. The location was perfect, with easy access to a grocery store and nearby attractions. The beautiful surrounding views made the home even more special. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again!"

"This home was absolutely perfect for our group of 11 during Sturgis! There was plenty of space for everyone, and we especially loved the open layout. It was the perfect setup for our group to gather every night, cook some great dinners, and hang out together after a full day of riding.Having the garage for our Harleys was a HUGE bonus, and there was plenty of room to park our truck and trailer. We even got to enjoy wildlife right outside the windows!The home was comfortable, spacious, and had everything we needed. We made some awesome memories here and would definitely choose this house again for another Sturgis trip!"
