"Rooms are in a block next to the bar and restaurant. The room was spacious and clean, bed was comfortable and there were tea/coffee making facilities in the room. TV had free view channels. Check in was easy, the staff were all very pleasant. Breakfast was freshly cooked to order and quality local produce were used, as well as the usual cereal, yoghurt, toast making facilities and fruit juices. Plenty of parking and convenient for a visit to Newcastle of Northumbria. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and recommend Michaelangelos."

"We honestly had such a lovely stay here! Everything was super clean, comfortable, and well looked after. From the moment we arrived, we felt really welcomed and at home. The property was exactly what we needed; clean, cosy, and comfortable, and it was clear that a lot of care had gone into keeping everything in great condition. We really enjoyed our stay and had absolutely no complaints. Shops nearby as well, with beautiful back garden to the rear like in the photo. We would definitely stay here again and would happily recommend it to others. 10/10 from us! 😊"

"The room was spacious and comfortable. The best part of the stay was the staff who were very friendly and helpful. On Saturdays breakfast is half price so we got 3 delicious breakfasts for less than 14 pounds which is hard to beat."

"We have been to meadowfield view once before and loved it so return was on the cards .We took our grandson and he loved the freedom no stairs! no safety gates and a big bath 😠the setting is beautiful with views up to the hills from the front and back gardens we will return again"

"Fantastic location. Ideal for what we needed but also really rural-feeling and peaceful. We found it quiet and charming. We enjoyed wandering in amongst the old orchard and down through the copse, across the scrubland that forms part of the floodplain of the Tyne. It was good to know there are badgers around although we weren’t lucky enough to see anyway. The dawn chorus was impressive. Very pleasant indeed. Definitely will book again if we’re back in the area. "
