"What a terrible night at the Moxy in Linate on April 11, 2026. We were coming from South America and planned to rest in Milan before continuing our trip to Southeast Asia. We chose the Moxy because of its proximity to the airport, a big mistake. The room temperature was constantly around 27 degrees Celsius (81 degrees Fahrenheit). The air conditioning wasn't working; the entire system was off because, supposedly, it's forbidden to turn it on at this time of year. The receptionist, apologetic and acknowledging that it was a constant complaint, moved us to an east-facing room with less sun and opened the window with his special key to let in some fresh air, which didn't work because with the room door closed, the air wasn't circulating. On the contrary, we suffered from all kinds of noise. It was a Saturday, and due to some kind of event nearby, hundreds of high-powered motorcycles, the kind that make a lot of noise, were driving around. There was also a large, noisy distribution center across the street, making it impossible to rest.Walking with luggage from the airport is very difficult because it's a complicated route through a roundabout to cross the avenue to the hotel. Avoid it ,much easier and better to take the new metro Line 4 for only €2.20 and in just 17 minutes to be close to the city center where there are dozens of hotels, restaurants, and shops to choose from. Finally, the room is small and basic; for example, it doesn't have a kettle for making tea or coffee."

"Terrible hotel, very dirty room AC not working as hotel does not connect the AC until mid April, room was extremely hot and even with the windows open it was impossible to get a good night sleep. Bed sheets had blood stain on them and bathroom had flies. Don’t recommend this hotel. "

"I think for easier booking add the spa location into the hotel description instead of leaving customers confused about the spa/hotel… had many issues with booking taxis as they would go to the spa instead of the hotel branch. Other than that really relaxing stay, amazing staff helped me get a taxi and helped to direct us to the spa. "

"This is a fine option if you just want a barebones room to crash in while visiting Milan. The staff is very nice and professional. Our room for 3 was quite small and the outside wall was baffingly banged up and dirty. The rest of the room was fine - the bathroom was nicely updated which clashed with the rest of worn-down room. Location is very good within a short walk of Crocetta station. Another plus is the fact that within a few steps is an amazingly good and reasonably-priced restaurant, Razdora. If you stay at Crivi's you need to go eat at Razdora - tell chef Matteo that Mathieu from Canada sent you (seriously, just go!)"
