The place is absolutely one of cleanest place we have ever traveled; I would rate it 10/10; the owner is very friendly and helpful; breakfast was fantastic and well organized. Very quiet neighbourhood and easy access to great dinning place and Glasgow city centre. The only small downside would be very weak WIFI if you are travelling for leisure then who-care but if need to do business then you will have Challenge!

Lorraine is a brilliant host. The accommodation is beautiful. This is Lorraine’s home so she does have rules (shoes off at the door for example) but that’s fair enough - it wouldn’t be as stunning otherwise. A wonderful stay and Lorraine is so knowledgeable about the area too.

An excellent stay. A very comfortable huge room with excellent service. Great breakfasts!! Love staying in this area which is close to everything but on a quiet street. I would certainly stay again.

Stunning Stay

Lorraine is such a fantastic host, with added amenities and freedom within the house if wanted - rooms were stunning with beautiful design and so well kept! Can’t wait to visit again

Very well organised and an excellent stay.

Although we were at the Hotel for one night, as we were here for the Coldplay Concert; it was an excellent stay. Comfortable, well managed and notwithstanding never having it before, breakfast in the room was a boon.

Beautiful spacious building

Our room was large and comfortable. Beautiful architecture outside and inside the building and our room. The delivered-to-your room breakfasts were delicious, generous, and on time. Nice big shower.

Lorraine’s place is perfect. Off the beaten path, sometimes quiet. But so easy to walk to central places or to transport by bus or train. The rooms was spacious with everything we needed, and her service was outstanding. Breakfast was delicious, so spoiled being served to your room each morning.

Place was excellent, our only criticism was that for us personally the bed was too firm. Room was huge, very clean and we were given some excellent tips for sight seeing and drinks etc. Don’t know about eco-friendliness

Lorraine is such a wondérful host. You have to see it to believe the house and how beautifully appointed it is. Every little detail is paid attention to. The room was palacial. 15mins walk to the shopping mall. Would stay again when in Glasgow.

Beautiful boutique B&B

Pristine condition throughout & very well equipped with nice little touches such as provision of wine glasses & corkscrew (we brought our own just in case!) as well as dressing gowns & slippers. Very friendly owner & some off-street parking. Fantastic, quiet location for city centre and west end. Highly recommend!!!

Stayed here for 3 nights at the tail end of a week-long road trip of the Isle of Skye and northern Highlands. We were given the Blue Room, a stunning suite, beautifully appointed, sumptuous and comfortable, including the best bed and tub of the entire trip. A most gracious hostess, very knowledgeable about the area, and an excellent cook, made this a place we will happily return to often and recommend highly. Walking distance to Kelvingrove Park and Museum, as well as several decent pubs and restaurants, it was the perfect place to return to after a hard day's sightseeing. A short bus ride or brisk walk up Sauchiehall Street takes you straight to city centre and all the action. Great location.

Spacious, quiet and luxurious.

I stayed in the Charles Rennie Mackintosh Suite. was amazed at the size of the room. Located in a really quiet part of Glasgow. Private park opposite. There's no dining room, so breakfast was brought up to my room (the room had a dining table). Owner really friendly and accommodating. The shower room has something that most hotel bathrooms don't usually have - shelves! Towels were nice and fluffy too! There's a lounge off the entrance hall where there's tourist info and a large fridge for your food and drinks.
