Wondeful lush mansion you get to be a guest at, little privacy tho and sharwd bathrooms are a novelty. I felt like in a Victorian boarding school guest house, attentive staff and wonderful location,best in town potentially. Quiet neighbourhood, the views, the park. Lovely, look forward to returning

Warm and welcoming hosts, great advice on where to travel to, nice continental breakfast with homemade marmelade and good conversation.
The mattress was a bit uncomfortable (complaining on high level) and the pub next door played loud music until late into the night, which was a bit distracting as we had a long drive before and tried sleeping early.
All in all: I can only recommend booking a room at this sweet BnB!

This hotel is outstanding. Every little detail, from the eggs benedict to the shower, the bath. The staff are warm and friendly and extremely competent. The room was spotless, the bed was huge and so comfortable. The shower was like standing under a waterfall. Best hotel in Scotland, in my experience. Didnt find a single flaw.

Lovely stay at the Busby Hotel.22/7/17 Housekeeper Sheila was very accomadating and very pleasant to speak too. Denise greeted us every morning for breakfast with her bubbliness and lovely smile. Very clean.
Attended a family wedding here. Excellent ! Young servers could do with some manners is my only complaint.
