While about a 25 min drive into Glasgow city center, this was a wonderful place to spend our last few days. The service was fantastic, restaurant very good, spa/sauna a wonderful experience, and the rooms were spacious, clean, comfortable, and quiet.

Every member of staff at the hotel was a perfect ambassador. Every staff member greeted us with a smile and whenever we had a question or request nothing was too much trouble. Jill on reception greeted us excellently at the start of our stay and she set the bar so high, and it was met with everyone else.

I stayed at the Parklands hotel with my two daughters. What made this hotel was the staff. So helpful and friendly. Nothing was a problem. The bedroom was large, clean and had everything you needed. I used the gym which was fantastic. I would definitely come again. Highly recommend.

I had booked the executive suite for a 60th birthday trip and liked that it was slightly out of Glasgow. I had some issues with this because I had been told it could be made into a twin room when I called but the day before was told it could not. However, Sam on the front desk was lovely and managed to change to a twin room. We were also reminded of our wine as part of the booking. The room was large with a lovely big bathroom. Lots of parking outside. We had a drink in the bar which was lovely and tried to book an uber. Useful to know it’s almost importable to get one and again, Sam came to the rescue and ordered a taxi for us. Had a lovely nights sleep- comfy beds and quiet hotel. I think general wear and tear is quite noticeable throughout the hotel. We didn’t have the breakfast but it was busy in the morning. We also didn’t use the spa or pool but again it looked good. We would stay again if up in Glasgow.

Absolutely fabulous hotel. One of my favourite hotels ever. The room was amazing, spa was outstanding, food was absolutely lush & most of all, the staff were absolutely amazing especially Angela on the reception. She made us feel so welcome from the minute we arrived but every member of staff were so lovely.
