Great location for visiting the Kelpies and Falkirk Wheel. Clean, comfortable hotel. Spacious room and excellent breakfast. The staff were very friendly particularly Murray and Millie ( waiters) who were very attentive when dined in the restaurant.

Great stopping place for us after long drive from Yorkshire, just off the motorway but feels a million miles away overlooking surrounding fields and golf course. Parking plentiful, good bar & restaurant with quality food, nice atmosphere and service and good breakfast the following morning with various plant milks on offer, hot & cold selection. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

As always, a warm welcome to the hotel. All staff are very friendly and welcoming. The rooms are clean and well sized. The breakfast is excellent, and the dining area is very clean and has great decor. We used the pool a few times, which was a great way to blow off steam for us and the kids. Check out was just as easy as check in.

We found the Westerwood to be very charming. We used the spa facilities, watched the world cup game in the evening, and played a round of golf in the morning. Disappointing that we were never offered a scorecard from the pro shop, also be aware the course is pretty long and you need to pre-book a buggy! The course was lovely, well maintained and worth the hike!

I think the price is too high for what we got. There was no temperature control in the room and it too warm for comfort. The property is well kept but the building exteriors are a little dated. Pool space was inaccessible unless you have their app. Overall the stay was okay, it was clean, the beds were comfortable, way too warm in the room and just felt pricey for what was offered to us.

We stayed in the Westerwood for two nights. Our room was spacious, very clean and very comfortable. All staff we came in contact were professional but friendly and seemed to be enjoying their work. There was a wide selection of both hot and cold food at breakfast. Both nights we ate in the bar and the food was excellent. We would definitely stay again.
