"Property was busy with tour groups. Shower gel did not work. Buffet breakfast was very busy and not so good. Wish I had booked elsewhere"

"A very pleasant stay. Despite being an older hotel in Killarney it has been upgraded and redecorated recently and the management and staff ensure an excellent service. The facilities are great and not overly busy. I would suggest adult traveller to use the pool early in the morning as it also family friendly. Thank you for a lovely stay."
