"What a gem of a place this is ! It's location may be a little remote, but it's actually very handy for accessing many places, being 10 mins from the M5. Gloucester, Bristol, Bath, Chepstow, Wye Valley, to name a few. Very spacious, superbly decorated and furnished rooms. Tea, Coffee, Water & Bickies ! Modern and spacious bathrooms with toiletries. The food offering in the restaurant is excellent in terms of choice and quality. We would normally struggle to eat for three nights in one place, but not here! The quality and quantity of the food make the prices look very reasonable. Decent bar offering too, with a number of real ales. All the staff we interacted with could not have been more welcoming, friendly and helpful. What a lovely, relaxing place to spend a few days. We'll return as soon as we can. "

"Overall a very well maintained and safe property. Only issue we had was ants in the kitchen and some grass roots coming through where the ants were coming through and some of the foot stools had cobs webs under them. We vacuumed it all but the ants kept coming back. "

"We booked this wonderful house at very short notice. It has everything you could want for a relaxing stay. The location is beautiful with commons for dog walks in your doorstep and fantastic pubs etc. (go to the Weighbridge Inn for a 2 in 1 pie). We would love to return.
