"This is a great location close to the downtown of Rockport MA The place is dog friendly and is quiet, convenient and easy access. There is an inside pool which we have not used but is available. The breakfast is ok..good coffee and cereal and bagels and snacks. Jo’s is the second time we have stayed here and we will return since we travel with our lab."

"Wonderful room, cool decor and such a neat building. The bed was super comfortable and the space to hang out in the room was relaxing. Location is perfect for browsing the shops and eating out. Using text to communicate with the concierge was also very convenient and easy."

"I am a senior and traveled to Gloucester with my middle age daughter. This rental was perfect with 2 separate bedroom on each end of the house. The location was within walking distance for restaurants, pubs, CVS, Dunks etc. I would gladly stay there again."

"My daughter and I had a relaxing stay at this location. It was very clean and had all the travel necessities (shampoo, cookware, etc). If I had to nitpick, I’d say it would be more cozy if there was a larger couch that was oriented towards the TV and moved further into the room. But that’s more of a preference than an actual issue. Please be aware that you need to carry your luggage up a flight of stairs, so if someone if not physically able to do that, this might not be the place for you. "

"We were pleasantly surprised. The staff was helpful. We loved our room. The restaurant was a bit small but we happened to be there when there was a live performance so it was hopping. Hot tub was welcome relief. Would definitely go back."

"Everything was clean and organized. We got a valentine's day card and chocolates which was very nice. The couch was extremely comfortable. We expected the train noise so it wasn't so bad but the whole house shakes so just be aware and is quite loud. The hot water in the shower went cold after a little bit which was not the best. Just don't take too much time in the shower. Parking was not too bad. Overall it was a pleasant stay. "

"The room was clean, but the outside of the building our room was in, behind the inn, was run down and the back of the inn was in disrepair. Not a very pleasant experience. "
