"Beautiful cottage in a stunning area. I could not fault any of this wonderful stay we had. Great attention to detail in the cottage to make it a home from home. The wildlife was fantastic, red squirrels, pheasants, blue tit's and lots more in the garden daily. On the edge of a stunning forest. Keswick town centre 5 min drive. Lovely little town with lots going on, great cafes, pubs, shopping or walking. Whatever you need, it's there. 100% will return to Squirrels Retreat. Owners extremely friendly too."

Most gorgeous guest house, amazing breakfasts and the best cake in the afternoons. Easy walking to great pubs and walks. Will definitely stay again. "
