"It’s in beautiful Drummond Island what’s not to love"

"The location in great for Drummond Island. The house is fine to stay in, but could use a really deep cleaning. The sheets and towels need to be replaced. The owner was very good about contacting us initially and we let her know afterwards about the cleaning issues and she stated all would be rectified. She was easy to work with via texting. When booking - be careful of any extra people. The listing is not clear that you will be charged for extra people (children included) as well as charged an extra cleaning fee to use the cabin. Overall, a very good place to stay. We recommend it."

"We had a lovely stay with our family of 8 and our pup. The lakefront location was wonderful (don’t miss out on the beautiful sunsets and excellent late night star gazing) and the cabin had all the amenities we needed. The cabin was a bit difficult to find at night if you’re driving in for the first time. The location was great and not too far away from the neighboring cities. Thanks for allowing our family to stay, we would surely come back! "

"Beautiful and spotless cabin on the water with stunning views and a relaxing atmosphere. Charming and perfectly appointed it has everything you could need. The bed and pillows were very comfortable as was the living room furniture. David and Suki could write a manual on how to do VRBO right! Would highly recommend :) "

"Home was very clean and at a beautiful location on Drummond Island. Everything we needed, and then some. Amazing view from the deck and right on the water, in a very quiet neighborhood. Property Manager was very nice and check-in/out was easy. Loved the Island and will be back again for sure!"

"We had a fantastic stay at the Bear’s Den for Labor Day week/end 2025. The owners have done a wonderful job of making this a fantastic up north getaway in the woods. It was so peaceful and relaxing while also having all you need in terms of modern amenities. There were 7 of us plus a dog and we were all cozy and comfortable. You need to plan around the ferry for coming and going but we thought that added to the adventure and the kids loved it. Highly recommend. My parents already want to come back for a peaceful trip on their own. "
