Our spacious, family-friendly home in Mermaid Waters is perfect—even for a large family of 8 people. Bring the kids and the grandparents! This is a fully equipped family home with 4 bedrooms- 2 bathrooms- 1 laundry & kitchen-dining-living area. Plus 2 terraces, pool and a nice big garden outside.

Tucked away at the end of a quiet street in one of the best pockets of the Gold Coast, the home is walking distance to the beach, surf clubs, cafes, and restaurants. Nearby conveniences include the Waterway Shopping Village, Miami Aquatic Centre, tennis courts, skate park, running tracks, gymnastics and gym facilities, and various sports fields and clubs.

One with an ensuite bathroom.
With queen size mattresses and office spaces.
One with private terrace and garden access.

One with a queen bed mattress, one with two standard single bed mattresses.

Includes one bathtub, two showers, and two toilets (one within and one separate).

Enjoy your time together in the nice open living-kitchen-dining area with an easy access to the terrace and to the safe, gated pool. We live here with 2 kids and grandparents at times and left our home all furnished and equipped for your convenience. So, even the kitchen has all you need, library with books in 3 languages or the kids can play with toys, have story books and dvds (for adults too). You can use the pram too if needed.
Just please take good care of all our belongings.
Note, one queen and 2 single mattresses have been always on the floor (no high frames) for kids/baby safety. The pool is gated and please use it for your own risk (note: deep water, shallow on the edge) and always be there with your children etc.
Honda CRV (family car with child and booster seats) available to rent too.
