"The property is very different from the pictures,, it is a motel by the high way, could not sleep well with the traffic noises, and there were bugs in the room, woke up mid of the night with a bug on my face."

The room still had hair in the bathroom shower, partially painted wall, smearing from people’s hand on the bedroom walls, the list goes on. The dumpster right outside the cottage was overflowing with garbage, all the outside trash cans were full of beer bottles & teach"

"Loved our stay at the Holbrooke Hotel. Highly recommend. Pros: Our room was clean, comfortable and simple, across from restaurant / bar; Food and libations at the GoldenGate was exceptional; service at both hotel and restaurant was outstanding. Frittata, scones and coffee were fresh and delicious the morning of departure. Cons: Walls are thin and you can hear your neighbors in the hallway. No closet, no dresser, no wine glasses, no robes, no TV in room; although, you can request most of these items from the front desk at no additional charge."

After a long drive, this was the last thing we wanted to deal with. I let it slide because I was exhausted, but the experience was unacceptable. I wouldn’t recommend staying here — look elsewhere"
