"View and location amazing! It was an unusually hot week and not having screens on deck doors made it impossible to cool unit at night. Otherwise lovely place"

"Great place in the trees. Beautiful! Room was good. Just no counter space in the bathroom. Small. Could be different in other rooms. It was hot while we were there. So not having air conditioning in the room was rough. Hard to sleep. Even with windows open. Then we could hear the Highway. It would be better during cooler months. Having the restaurant on premises was very nice. And good food."

"The place was ideally located and easy to find at the popular west end of Donner Lake. Up a short flight of stairs, past a string of fairy lights and antisocial chipmunks, this two-bedroom, one bath hideaway was a nice place to land after a long drive. The Scandinavian raw-wood design is nearly as beautiful as the views, and the privacy, despite having homes on either side, is appreciated. We were welcomed with a bottle of locally bottled sparkling water and salt-water taffy — a small gesture that went a long way. We had a lovely couple of days using this site as a home-base as we enjoyed the lake and the surrounding area. Highly recommended and more than reasonably priced."

"We stayed in this cabin before, but we were absolutely delighted by the upgrades! Everything had been updated. The towels, the sheets were all new and very nice quality. There was coffee, filters, creamer and sugar in the kitchen. It felt like we were staying at a fancy hotel! We can’t wait to go back!"
