Golden Cross Holidays

Breakfast was fair, but pastries ran out quickly. Bathroom door caught on tiles. Tap top came off. Decor was once lovely, but in need of redoing. Would consider staying again if I knew that the hotel had been redecorated.

No water or lotion in the room. Front desk a bit unpleasant in the am. Bought water from front desk...

This hotel is quite close to Gatwick Airport and was an awesome choice to stay the night before a flight. We had come in from the States and were able to have a great meal on property and a good nights rest before our flight the next day. Room was clean, comfortable and front desk staff were very friendly.

Single EV charging point was occupied from the time we arrived around 9pm to the time we needed to leave in the morning (by the same car). Having a booking system and 1 hour slots rather than 'first come first served' with only a single charging point. I informed the front desk staff, but he was not particularly interested, could have suggested a nearby charging station it would have been something...this is going to be a common problem with more EV's.

The staff was absolutely lovely. Perfect location to get into central London quickly and easily.
