Room was pet friendly, staff were great, decor in room a bit tired but not enough to putting us off staying again,
Bathroom door could fit better.
Food was very good.
Great overnight stay. Superior rooms are modern and spotless well worth the extra. Nice traditional pub food served in the bar. Owner was lovely and extremely helpful. Road is quite busy but noise is minimal and didn't keep us awake. Would recommend
e had a wonderful stay t the Blacksmith's Arms, the dinner in the evening was excellent as were the breakfasts. The owners were really friendly and helpful
Very pleasant Pub style B&B. Only stayed one night, but had a great night's sleep. Staff were friendly and helpful. Continental breakfast was complimentary, but I paid extra for a Full English, which was excellent
Very comfortable bed and pillows. Easy parking and convenient access directly from car park to rooms which was great as we got back after midnight. Very nice continental breakfast and friendly welcome from our host.
Lovely stay. Staff friendly and helpful and rooms are lovely. Bed comfortable and shower was perfect. Food was also very good and could not complain ok any front.
The property was lovely. We stayed in room 9 as it was located on the ground floor and I use a wheelchair, plenty of room. We had a snack Friday evening and it was lovely food. The staff were very friendly, chatty and accommodating. Easy to find. Definitely will stay here again.

Don’t use this accommodation! As we arrived at 6 pm the place was closed! Nobody took the phone and we had to look for another place to stay. Not good!

Parking was so easy- staff was lovely . Marginal location with fair amount of traffic but room was comfortable enough and appeared to have recent facelift.. probably a bit expensive for what was offered
Lovely room, food and service.
The only down side is that it is next to the A22 and on a busy roundabout with constant traffic throughout the night and early morning.

Lovely stay, all the staff were lovely and the room had everything needed.
Check-in easy and quick. 24 hour night entrance means no problem arriving back late. Bed comfortable.
Included continental breakfast disappointing at £150 per night. Very basic - no cheese, meats or even bread/toast. Cheapest pre-packaged croissants.
We stayed just one night whilst attending a local event. Emma and Garry couldn’t have been more welcoming and helpful. Our room was immaculate and the decor tasteful. The en-suite bathroom was equally so. We had everything we needed for very comfortable stay. The continental breakfast was very good and there was the opportunity for a more substantial meal if we wanted. The food menu looked varied and interesting.
Overall, this is a comfortable proper pub with excellent, clean and very tasteful accommodation. Can highly recommend and would stay again. Thank you Emma and Garry.
