"Room was ok, considering it was a fairly new part of the hotel the shower dripped all night long. Very noisy late at night with people being loud, and kids screaming at 9:30pm out by the hotel/huts, I know it’s a kids hotel but there are little kids sleeping at that time and parents should be more considerate, no signage asking people to be quiet either. Breakfast has a very limited menu and is expensive. If you don’t like bacon or sausage your only options are toast or crumpets. Staff give the vibe that they don’t really want to be there, didn’t really see anyone smiling. "

"Hotel tired and in need of updating. Dirty pillow cases! Heating in room not working, electric fan heater provided with feet missing - potential fire hazard! Staff very friendly, polite welcoming, attentive and happy! Food great, bar service great. Attention to food allergy great! "

"One night overnight stay for work. Very small room but did the job. No on site restaurant for dinner but there’s a nandos etc a couple of minutes walk away. I was disappointed to be shown to my room on the very top floor for the man who escorted me not to ask if I needed help with my bags - this wasn’t a great first impression. The free breakfast is very basic - just croissants and fruit but cute little cafe."
