Friendly, helpful staff, who went above and beyond. The room's radiator did not work; a portable one was provided in its place but it took a little longer to warm the room. The hotel's location is very hand for the centre.

Very clean, though the property is looking a bit tired... a refresh would be good. Staff fine, though we didn't need to know the receptionist had just had a couple of ECGs when we checked in. Parking good, could do with some EV chargers. Breakfast staff excellent, as was the food.

What used to be the premier inn, the waterside keeps the same level of comfort and convenience to the pub next door and business park.

We had a great stay at Waterside. The room was a bit tired and dated but had the most comfy bed I have had the pleasure of sleeping in for a long time! We would have been lost without the fan provided though as the room was quite stuffy (ground floor with limited opening window) Breakfast was lovely, the portion size of the pancakes was too much for us to handle! Staff were all very friendly and helpful, but we were a bit disappointed that our room was not cleaned or freshened up at all during our three night stay. We didn’t bother raising this at the time, I’m sure if we did it would have been rectified.

Hotel staff were lovely, room was nice size and bed very comfortable. Bathroom was clean but in need of an update. The bar and restaurant next door was big and really nice and again the staff were lovely. Had a good breakfast the next morning.

A pleasant suprise

Had to stay over in Warrington at shortish notice, found this place and it looked nice plus the price was quite low, I wondered what the catch was, there wasn't one. It was fab all the staff were smiley and friendly ,the room was clean, the breakfast was great and it had parking! Really close to the centre of things too. Would recommend and stay here again.
