"I stayed here for one night and I absolutely enjoyed it. For starters, I appreciate how central it is. There's a lot of stores and restaurants nearby and the Metro station was close as well. I also appreciate that the hotel guests get preference to go to the rooftop bar. The staff was very kind and helpful. The hotel is beautiful and very clean. Breakfast had a decent variety. I would come again. "

"Great location - conveniently walkable to all the touristy areas but a little removed from the chaos of Gran Via/Puerta de Sol. Staff were very attentive and helpful. Great AC which was important during a heatwave. Rooms were not totally soundproof which was the only downside when neighbors came in very late. Nice view from the room as well."
