As always, Rio is a great stay.

Service, staff and amenities were top notch.

The rooms are really nice, clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Unfortunately, the front desk staff is not very warm or inviting. Even after multiple stays, I never feel welcomed as a returning guest, which takes away from the overall experience. I also had a disappointing experience at the lobby bar. I waited about 10 minutes for service and was never acknowledged or helped. Better attention to guests in both the lobby and bar areas would go a long way toward matching the quality of the accommodations.

The place was perfect! Too big like everything else in Vegas but I would definitely stay there again 😅

The property is beautiful with an amazing spa that offers many services and use of pool after service. Many good restaurants at the resort. The pool is huge with lots of chairs.
