"JAM never disappoints. It’s not just a stay, it’s an experience. Moody corridors, great design, solid sound system, plus a beautiful terrace and plunge pool. The rooms are big and the beds are incredibly comfortable. Only minor improvement would be more lighting in the bathroom. And being in Santos? Perfect location. Always happy to stay here."

My husband’s birthday occurred while we were there and they brought him a small cake with candles!! Also the hotel is with in walking distance of many sites and good restaurants and the metro!!"
