"Ein wunderschöner Urlaub! Wir waren 22 Personen inkl. Kinder und durch die 6 Wohnungen hatte jeder seine Privatsphäre. Alles sehr sauber! Die Gemeinschaftsküche ist sehr gut ausgestattet mit Geschirr, Töpfen und zwei Kühlschränken. Einen Raum weiter gab es eine Toilette - perfekt für den Tag, so musste man nicht jedes Mal in die Wohnung laufen. Alles sehr gut durchdacht! In allen Wohnungen waren relativ neue Elektrogeräte. Ein großer überdachter Außenbereich zum gemeinsamen Essen. Waschmaschine vorhanden. Pool war sehr groß und wurde jeden Tag vom Personal gereinigt. Eine große, gepflegte Gartenanlage mit viel Liebe zum Detail. Die Kommunikation mit Barbara und auch der Agentur war super und sehr professionell. Das Haus, die Zimmer und der Garten waren noch schöner als auf den Fotos im Inserat abgebildet!Wir kommen gerne wieder!"

"We had a great week at Villa Fragola. Although the house is a bit rustiv, it is very cozy and the kitchen is equipped with everything you need. It was perfect for two couples because it also gives a bit of privacy due to the two apartments. The location is a bit remote, which is great, because noone disturbes you and you disturbe noone. There is a small supermarket 5 min away; larger supermarkets are 10-15 min away. Upon arrival we found a basket with fresh, delicious vegetables from the owner´s garden. Francesca, the concierge, was very helpful and recommended places to eat in the cities we visited."

"We had an absolutely perfect stay in Lucignano and cannot recommend this property highly enough. The home was spotless and beautifully maintained, with a well-equipped kitchen that made it easy to cook and enjoy meals as a family. The pool was a standout—clean, refreshing, and clearly well cared for—and the expansive property gave our kids plenty of space to run and play freely. The setting is peaceful and quiet, away from road noise, with stunning views of the surrounding countryside that made every moment feel special.What truly made this stay exceptional was the host. She was incredibly friendly and always easy to reach via WhatsApp. When we had a luggage mishap, she went above and beyond—providing our kids with clothes and swimsuits until we got ours, which made a stressful situation so much easier. She also welcomed us with a bottle of her own homemade olive oil, which was such a thoughtful touch. Throughout our stay, she offered great local restaurant recommendations, spent time playing with the kids, and even showed us how to make pasta—an unforgettable experience for the whole family.This was one of our best travel experiences, and we would return without hesitation."

"Wer Ruhe und Erholung sucht, ist hier genau richtig! Schönes, im landestypischen Stil gebautes Haus mit wunderbarer Aussicht. Die Lage ist gut um Ausflüge in alle Richtungen zu unternehmen, hervorragende Restaurants ( La Dogana, Borgo Tre Rose) in kurzer Entfernung. Auto unbedingt erforderlich!Es wäre jedoch schön, wenn v o r Übergabe an den Mieter die Funktionalität und Sauberkeit aller Anlagen in und um das Haus ( Wasser, Klimaanlage, Lampen, Pool, Sonnenschirme, Tore) sichergestellt wäre... positiv war allerdings die schnelle Erreichbarkeit der Ansprechpartner!"
