Leider hatten wir das Gefühl inmitten einer Riesen Gruppe untergebracht zu sein die sich abends lautstark unterhalten was direkt im Blickfeld vor unserem Mobilehome war. Ansonsten war alles prima. Aber man sollte wissen dass die Nähe zum See nicht ganz so nah ist, wie es aussieht. Aber insgesamt ein tolles Konzept. Wunderschöne und saubere, moderne Anlage. "Location is ideal, only 10 min walk to train station and bit less to lake. All staff were great. It is a Viking tour hotel so you do get a lot of people staying but the hotel facilities can handle it. Breakfast was a wide range the only criticism is that the hot food isn’t hot. Cold scrambled eggs, bacon. The room we had Mountain View was big enough for a week no issues. Lake maggorie is vast and traveling everywhere on the ferry can get expensive. Worth the money is the Maggiore express on the weekends that take you to Locarno in Switzerland and scenic train back. All in all a lovely 7 days."

"The hotel itself is definitely older but we stayed in room 804 and it had been completely updated! It was extremely comfortable and very nice. The hotel staff was amazing! They were very friendly and helpful. We were there for a wedding and they helped us get all of our suits and dresses pressed in about an hour. It was incredible! For the price you can’t beat this hotel or the location."

"Een heel vriendelijke host. Het huis is gedateerd, maar was schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. Locatie is fijn tussen Lago di Mergozzo en Lago di Maggiore. Het zwembad is een simpel opzetzwembad en vonden we aan de kleine kant. Boven zijn drie slaapkamers, waarvan er één geen airconditioning heeft. Auto onderin het huis parkeren is ideaal."
