"El staff no conoce de amabilidad, no puedo entender como personas así trabajan con servicio al caliente. Visité solo una vez el restaurant, nos trataron pésimo, el mesero empujó a mi hijo y nunca se disculpó, nunca me llevaron la cuenta; hasta que me fui a buscarla a la barra pero eso no me impresionó luego del trato que me dieron en el check in. Uno de los meseros (el mismo que empujó a mi hijo) un hombre adulto de unos 30-35 años lo vi coqueteando con dos niñas 15-16 años que viajaban solas o al menos cenaban solas, horrible!!! Con la limpieza, el hotel a primera vista se ve limpio pero el shower de mi habitación estaba súper sucio. "

"Ubicación estratégica para el viajero que va a movilizarse entre el aeropuerto y trenes de alta velocidad. Buena relacion precio calidad Instalaciónes lucen nuevas y bien mantenidas. Buen confort en las habitaciones Desayunos excelentes Recepcion muy amable. Lo único que sugiero es que el personal de limpieza se asegure que uno esta y pida permiso, en mi estadía abrio mi habitación estando yo presente, fue el único detalle."

"We were at the hotel only one night to catch an early flight, but the staff was amazing and our room was beautiful and immaculate. Excellent shuttle service to the airport, too. Great stay!"

"The good: hot water, good water pressure, bed was decent, location was peaceful at night surrounded by wildflowers The bad: loud construction during the day, breakfast was lackluster, reception would not pick up phone and email address provided was incorrect The ugly: airport shuttle stated it ran from 8am-8pm even when you called reception the hours the airport shuttle stated it operated - it did NOT. I’m disabled with mobility issues and chose this to make airport transport easier. If you anticipate an airport shuttle - book melia, senator barajas, really any other hotel that stated airport shuttle did actually send shuttles every half hour or so. Ibis Styles sent the airport shuttle whenever they felt like it - which on Sunday when I arrived I sat outside waiting from 5pm - till it finally showed up at 8:30pm. Truthfully I would just book BeCasa if I wanted to be in Valdebebas neighborhood and take the train or a taxi. The price point should include an airport shuttle that actually operates, breakfast should be complimentary - the security guard for breakfast was a wee bit absurd. Breakfast should be complimentary if you are charging well over a hundred dollars. It was decent for a three night stay. Would not stay again though. Amenities they stated - were not provided. Price point didn’t reflect the quality of service or amenities. "

"No the kitchen was not well equipped, there was only the bare minumum: 2 plates, 2 bowls, 2 sets of cutlery, two tiny drinking glasses. Not even a kettle or toaster for breakfast, or coffee mugs, or wine glasses. We had to visit Carrefour to buy kitchen supplies."
