"Hotel was a full capacity but unfortunately only one elevator was working creating issues with guests. A lot of frustration waiting for the only one elevator to arrive"

"I asked for renewal, they gave a price, I confirmed, then they increased 20Euros after 2 hours of waiting for them to reply, then they said take it or leave it in a way. Not recommended the communication is very unprofessional. The place is good sized but the cleaning is horrible, my room was full of hair, stains, dirty terrace, dirty glasses, no shampoo. Watch out."
