"Good for an overnight stay, shuttle buses were easy to catch"

"The reception staff was very helpful. We went to the restaurant at 16:50 and were told to leave by the manager. He was rude and unprofessional, therefore we did not eat there. This hotel is not up to Marriott standards- the room was worn and stained carpet. The towels were like sandpaper. The shuttle was helpful. I would not stay here again. . "

There were no washcloths in the bathroom. The hotel did not have an ice machine. We did not get clean coffee cups after our first day of a three day stay. Our room was not serviced on the third day. There was no way to control the temperature. This is not an old hotel so these lacking amenities were disappointing."

"I expected a double bed at the very least but we were given 2 single beds pushed together. Very clean room and hotel overall. Tram stop is around a 10min walk so it’s easy to get to the city centre."
