"Very nice place. Not as close to shopping in Rockport as I was envisioning so I drove. Still not that far away. Breakfast was fairly bare bones and could have been better maintained. Most places provide a better breakfast. I would stay there again."

"This was our 3rd stay at Howard Cottage and we have already booked next year. The house was clean and well furnished. The proximity to the beach is great. No worries about parking or making reservations to get on the beach, just a 7 minute walk as advertised. Our host was always just a phone call away and very responsive."

"Our family LOVED our time in Gloucester!! The location was PERFECT - an easy walk to Good Harbor, the best beach in New England! The house was nice - lots of space for our entire crew to spend time all together. The rooms were nice and comfortable for everyone. Atlantic Vacation Homes, who manages the property, communicated the details well along the way. Timely texts came before, during, and at the end of the trip with all the info we needed for each step. We will definitely stay here again if we have the opportunity."
