"Quite the cute, lil quaint apartment! It fit my and my husband's needs perfectly! The spiral staircase was unique (and a tight fit, so be sure to read property details in full). Its a nice walk all over Rocky Neck. Loved the area, as well as Rockport and Salem... we would love to come back!! We never spoke to the hosts as we didnt have any issues. Thank you Elizabeth & Tom! "From the moment we drove up private driveway, we knew we were in for a special experience. The scale of the 8,000 sf home on 22 acres is truly breathtaking. Our days were spent enjoying the beautiful interior and the endless outdoor space. We loved having breakfast with a view of the sprawling property and spending our evenings gathered together in the spacious living room. We were 20 family members in town for a wedding at Hammond Castle.This VRBO provided the perfect backdrop for our vacation, creating lasting memories for everyone. We appreciated the privacy and the seamless communication with the host. A flawless stay from start to finish. Side note: the hardware on the patio doors did not always work properly, taking several attempts to open or close. Also, the kitchen needs baking sheets. "

"Comfortable and cozy cottage type accomodations in a cute neighborhood close to everything. The 10 minute walk to beautiful Good Harbor Beach is lovely. Also, 5 minute walk to the Lobster for a most delicious lobster roll so much fun! Everything was as described, great rental for 3 couples or a family. "
