"WORDS just aren’t enough to express the GRATITUDE I have for my stay at Ernesto and Paula’s Hotel. Pristine, Peaceful, Accommodating, SAFE, Generous and that’s only the beginning. Not to mention, Location was perfect for my visit. Definitely hope to visit Rome again, and there’s no doubt where I’ll be staying. "

"We received the class of customer service that one hopes for when traveling abroad. The attention we received from staff was extraordinary. When we arrived I was very sick. One of the women at the front desk took the time to personally walk my husband and I to a nearby clinic and speak on my behalf. I will never forget this kindness and professionalism. Beyond that the rooms were well appointed with great attention to detail. The location is also perfectly situated near everything but not in a crazy congested area. Overall - fantastic!! Thank you. "
"Hotel Museum staffs were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The room was immaculate and very comfortable. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning and loved the convenient location close to major attractions of Vatican City."
