"Family room - great room, spacious. Very clean. Nicely decorated. Great reception staff. Only issue we had - was when having a shower the water leaked onto the floor."

"The room was lovely, very spacious with all the amenities you could need. Coffee machine and kettle with complimentary water and choice of hot drinks. Hairdryer, iron and ironing board in the cupboard Robes were an added bonus too. We arrived a bit early but the friendly and welcoming reception staff checked us in straight away. We did have a issue with our key card upon getting to our room but this was rectified immediately when we went back to reception. Lovely shower, very comfy bed, and...

"Really enjoyed my stay at the Tower hotel and spa, the staff are super friendly and efficient and the food is delicious I had the roast lamb dinner both nights of my stay because it was so delicious, I didn’t sleep very well on my first night in the tower and mentioned this to a lovely lady who worked in the restaurant and in no time at all they moved me to another room, nothing was too much trouble. I will definitely be returning. "

"Stopped over to visit some friends whilst travelling through. The hotel doesn’t look much from the outside but we were pleasantly surprised. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the guys on reception were super friendly and helpful 😊"

"I liked the bars and those boxing shorts of Mohammed Ali, plus Sugar Ray leanord's boxing glove, the collections are great in the bar, the bath had great hot water, and the room was big enough and good enough for me to be able to do what i needed, the food was excellent, I really enjoyed the steak, the service was great and having privacy and everything, just great, the scenery is beautiful and I had a great time, thank you very much. good job. "Fantastic place to stay in Mumbles, near the beach walk and lots of pubs and restaurants. The internet was very good, and they provide a nice continental breakfast selection within the room. Be aware that there is no parking at the Boathouse, and parking on the street is a possibility, but you'll probably end up using one of the pay and go lots along Mumbles Road."
