There were 4 of us. The sofa bed was broken- so you can imagine how uncomfortable we slept. Also, there is literally no hot water. i had to take showers with very cold water. It would have been an incredible stay if these issues were fixed. The sofa bed is not appropriate at all. My back still hurts.

Apartment was very well equipped. Would stay here for longer stays if needed. My itinerary didn't have me explore the central parts of the city so I can't speak to transportation and commute to the city but it's within walking distance to the Alhambra. The apartment was heavy with the smell of smoke when we got it - it reduced after the first night. The apartment may not have been mopped prior to check in - not a deal breaker by any means as it was still clean enough. Sheets / beds and the sofa bed were great.

Location in the old town means it is easier to visit the landmarks there. For example, we were able to walk to the Alhambra. The hotel is in a narrow street and the cobbled street may not be kind to our luggage wheels. Concierge is available only at certain hours so if after their office hours, you need to check your email for check in details. They are able to book a cab in advance to take us to the airport for €32 and that was a very reasonable price to pay for convenience.

Starting from when Elena checked us in, until we checked out, all was great. Spacious, clean and quiet. Close to groceries, restaurant and a short (uphill) walk to the Alhambra.

The room’s spacious, clean, quiet, and with a well equipped kitchen,the washer in the apartment was a plus. The check-in was fast and front desk’s helpful with queries. The open parking lot hotel recommended refused to let us park there both day, even though there were many empty spots, couldn’t communicate in English at all. The other indoor parking garage’s quite challenge for me to get to underground, but the stuff’s very helpful to guide me down there.

A hidden secret and very reasonably priced.
Very spacious apartment with great amenities and close to the Alhambra. Extremely helpful and friendly staff. The best apartment that we have stayed in in our two week trip around Spain.

This was a very nice property, a modern building, and apartment in an older part of the city center. The property management team provided great information before our trip to help us navigate the complex maze of streets in the area to get to the building with step-by-step directions. They also provided information on parking and were very friendly when we checked in and left the apartment.

Spacious clean apartment in a good central location and with helpful staff. Wifi did not reach the bedroom and would drop out/was slow in the lounge and the bathroom had to be entered through the bedroom which was slightly inconvenient. But otherwise very happy with our stay.

Realejo was the best part of Granada to being staying in, close to Centre and Alhambra but with it’s own village atmosphere Apartment spacious and well equipped, staff friendly and helpful. Recommended A+

Clean, modern apartment in the perfect location
These apartments are super clean, perfectly located, and really convenient to access with the lock code instead of a traditional key. The apartment itself was spotless, modern, and had everything we needed for our stay. Elena at the front counter was really helpful in suggesting things to do, and is definitely worth talking to for a few minutes to get suggestions. The only minor downside is that the front desk is only operated from 9am-3pm. This is fine for check-in (can be done over phone/text to get the entry code), but it's a good thing to be aware of.

Great apartment.
Very comfortable and clean. It is very convenient to everything. The apartment has everything you need. Beds were very comfortable. Kitchen worked very well for us. Didn’t need to use the washing machine but could have been very useful if we needed it. First morning it took us 10-15 minutes to dash up to Alhambra. After that we brought a day ticket for the on/off tour bus which stopped just by the apartment (stop 12) so very easy to get back to see the sun set in the early evening.

10 minuets walk to the royal chapel and a little bit further away is the Saints Jerome Monastery. There’s a C3 red bus can take you up to the Alhambra’s main entrance. Room was big enough for the four of us.

Apartamentos is amazing. Great staff, nice facilities and very, very convenient. The location is very good but tricky though. If I go there next time I will for sure use a BUS service or train, driving was a nightmare. The streets are not tourist friendly and there are a lot of streets with special permission that if you make a mistake it could cost you $$$. Overall it's a nice place... Unless there is a specific reason I would not spend more than a day there. I drove and if you insist to do the same, you can leave the car on the Parking lot (Ave Maria) next to the school (colegio). Lots of places to eat and nice atmosphere. I did find prices average. Mirador San Nicolas is a must. La Alhambra was nice...

A gem in Granada
Communication prior to visit was excellent. The property is modern, clean, quiet and very well located. It is very well fitted out with comfortable king single beds, an excellent bathroom and good kitchen. Very good value for money.

Parking was a good five minute walk along narrow roads and footpaths and the car park was very tight. The area felt very safe to walk to/from the main touristy area in the evening. Some eateries nearby. Easy code entry system to the building and the apartment. Very comfortable stay except you only get a tank a of hot water and unfortunately for us the hot water boiler was not working, so we had no hot water at all.

Great place for a quiet, well-located stay.
Modern, easy, convenient; these apartments are really good and if we are ever back in Granada we would stay again. Ideally suited as it's a short (15 min) walk up to the Alhambra, or 1 minute to the local bus stop. Tapas bars are within easy distance and there are so many that you'll never go thirsty or hungry. A well stocked mini-supermarket is 2 mins walk away. Thus making the amenities in the apartment great as we could stock the fridge up and make what we needed to. Having a washing machine was very handy; although having a dishwasher would have been good too! The bathroom was compact, but the shower lovely. Only downside was that noise from other guests could travels due to the tiles/hard flooring, but this was very rare and on the plus side meant everything was spotless! Highly recommend this place.

Perfect apartment for our family. Location was perfect for Alhambra visit and for city centre. The flat was in new condition. Very clean and warm as we stayed in a cold weekend in January.

Clean & modern apt 20 min walk to Alhambra
Excellent clean apartment about 15-20 min uphill walk to Alhambra. Close to many restaurants and shops. Very small streets so driving can be a challenge but kind of fun at the same time. Due to proximity to Alhambra and not having tickets, I went to stand in line at 6am, got tickets, walked back and then rested before leaving to explore Alhambra.

Nice, new and well thought out.
Great size and newly renovated. Great bed - foam and two separate beds that were pushed together. Great A/C. One for bedroom and one for general space. Nice to have. I liked the passcode system versus a key. Fast wifi with strong signal. Shower was strong and warm.

Modern and comfortable apartment in Granada
We really enjoyed our stay here. The apartment is new, clean, spacious and great value for money. Our group of 3 was very comfortable here. The staff are lovely and helped us book a taxi to the airport. There is all you need- a functional kitchen, a washing machine and shared area with a couch and table. Location was great, just 10 minutes from the centre of town, and round the corner from supermarkets, shops and great tapas bars and restaurants in the nearby square. It is at the bottom of the stairs to the Alhambra, which is a 20minute walk away. Would recommend this to anyone visiting Granada!

The rating is for their other hotel in Central Granada. When we arrived at the apartment they could not find our booking and that all apartments are full. They relocated us to their Hotel in central with complimentary breakfasts very near the Cathedral which is very convenient for sightseeing. Condition and service are very good and we are happy with their arrangement
