Casa Da Roca Medano - Beach House & Terrace

Welcome to Casa Da Roca, your spacious family retreat in Arenas del Mar (El Médano). Accommodating up to 7 guests, our home is designed to offer maximum comfort for families and groups looking to enjoy the spectacular natural beauty of southern Tenerife, with the beach and volcanic surroundings just a few steps away.

🏡 Layout (2 floors):

Ground Floor (Living Area):
The heart of the home. Here you’ll find a cosy living room with a Smart TV and fast Wi-Fi, perfect for relaxing together after a day at the beach. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances and utensils for preparing family meals. There is also a convenient half-bath (toilet).
From this floor, you have access to our outdoor gems:

Main Terrace: A large outdoor area sheltered from the breeze, featuring a dining table for al fresco meals, a comfortable sofa, and a fun bar counter.

Semi-Covered Terrace: A second chill-out space offering direct access to the community area.

Upper Floor (Rest Area):
Upstairs you’ll find 2 full bathrooms and 3 bright bedrooms, carefully decorated to ensure a good night’s sleep.

Layout note: One of these 3 bedrooms is a very special space: it features a private covered terrace with a comfortable sofa bed. Since it has light-filtering curtains, it doesn’t get completely dark at sunrise (perfect for those who love waking up to natural light!).

☀️ Surroundings & Common Areas:

Community Pool: Enjoy a refreshing dip in the complex’s small pool (open from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM). It’s great for kids, though we’d like to remind you that the real paradise for sunbathing is the nearby beach (the lounge chairs in the pool area are the neighbors’ private property).

Parking: There is free, secure public parking right outside the door or on the main avenue. No need to drive around looking for a spot!

Self-Check-In: Arrive whenever you like thanks to our key lockbox.

⚠️ Important details for a perfect stay:

El Médano’s wind: This area is famous for its breeze (great for water sports!). Please be sure to close doors and windows securely when you leave to prevent them from slamming.

Nighttime quiet hours: Due to community rules, the water pressure pump is turned off from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM to avoid noise. You will still have water, just with lower pressure.

Security: For your peace of mind, there is a single exterior security camera pointing at the street entrance. There are absolutely no cameras inside or on the private terraces.
