For shared use: garden with lawn, lawn for sunbathing, swimming pool kidney-shaped (20 x 10 m, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). WC in the pool area, children's pool, outdoor shower. In the house: lift. Shop 200 m, supermarket, shopping centre 180 m, restaurant 200 m, bar, bakery, café, bus stop 20 m, sandy beach "Playa de Sotavento" 600 m, nudist beach 600 m. Golf course (18 hole) 7.4 km, surf school 2 km, children's playground 450 m. nice apartment but...

The apartment was well situated near the beach. It was quite modern with necessary furniture and utensils but the lack of a working washing machine was an issue for us. Would expect some compensation because we needed to pay for the laundry to be done.

Nos gustó muchísimo el apartamento, muy bien equipado. La piscina es bastante grande y siempre estaba limpia, el lugar es muy tranquilo, ideal para descansar y dejar el estrés de la ciudad. Lo recomiendo por su calidad y su tranquilidad.

Déception au niveau de la piscine qui est trés belle mais aucune chaise longue !!! sommes obligés d'etre allongés sur le sol !!!! ...l'excuse du Covid n'est pas valable car c'est comme celà tout le temps !!!! ustensiles de cuisine...merci de changer les couteaux.....pas fonctionnels. si vous voulez capter des chaines françaises à la TV ...Aucune ! alors équipez vous d'un systéme de réception !

El apartamento y sus instalaciones han sido perfectos en ubicación, limpieza y comodidad. Muy cerca del centro comercial donde hay todo lo necesario para disfrutar de las vacaciones. La Tejita un lugar pequeño y tranquilo. La playa muy cerca, a 2 minutos andando. Ideal para descansar.
