Unacceptable
Could not check into the hotel, apparently it has been sold to a new owner and is under renovation, currently closed. I had to check in a different hotel in the area which I paid for full price. I’d like to get a refund on this.

It was a great weekend. The owner needs to check the rooms and ensure the plumbing and electricity are functioning well.

No value of money
No safe mean locker, no coffee maker, no hangers for cloth, no WiFi coverage in room overall no value of money. Security was Ok, breakfast was good. Thanks

In classic room, we have no coffee maker but we have hangers for cloth, we have wifi 35 mega, for value of money the client must contact the reception desk

AfrikLand : un hôtel éloigné des valeurs pro.
A notre arrivée, la réservation n'avait pas été validée a priori, contrairement à votre mail qui indiquait qu'elle était effective. De plus, la piscine était hors service. Nous avons précédé notre séjour par deux appels à la réception. En aucun moment il nous a été précisé que la réservation n'était pas encore validée et que la piscine était hors service. Pour finir, nous n'avons pas pu discuter avec les responsables de l'hôtel AfrikLand : ils étaient apparemment en week-end !!!

l'hôtel étant fermé à cause du COVID 19, certains services sont en réhabilitation de manière progressive. La salle de sport est opérationnel. La piscine est opérationnelle depuis le 29 Décembre 2020.
