Relax at our gorgeous 4 bedroom villa in one of the popular neighbourhoods of Grasse. There is plently to see and do in the local area. Set in pretty gardens within  an olive grove  , with large private infinity pool , lots of terraces for sunbathing, outdoor dining and seating areas to relax  . This large comfortable villa has everything you will need for a perfect stay.
The kitchen has a fridge/ freezer , hob, oven, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, dishwasher and microwave.
The spacious livingroom is perfect place to relax with big comfortable sofas  and offers  Amazon tv , Netflix, 
WiFi and .


This villa has 4 air conditioned  bedrooms and can comfortably sleep 8.
In the master bedroom which has beautiful  sea views and overlooks the pool and garden, you will find a super king bed . The second bedroom has twin beds . The third  bedroom contains a large double bed. The fourth bedroom has twin beds . There are 2 bathrooms.
The first bathroom has wc , sink and a walk-in shower.
The second bathroom has a sink, bath  and shower . There is a separate wc . Linen and towels are all included to make your stay more enjoyable.
The villa is ideally located at a 10 minute walk into the lovely medieval town of Grasse , with daily farmers market , great restaurants , shops and perfumeries . The airport at Nice is 35 minutes away as are the beaches at Cannes and Antibes . House Rules:
- Check-in time is 4pm and check-out is 10am.
- Smoking is not allowed.
- There are free parking on premises parking facilities available at the property.
- A dishwasher and a washing machine are included for your use.
