"Maybe next time you provide towels for the guests, please ensure that the towels are clean and don’t have blood stains and women’s makeup stains. We were not able to use 2 of the 4 towels for a family of 4."

"Everything was great, my only complaint would be that the AC filter in the suite needs to be replaced asap. I accidentally opened the door and i can tell it needs changing the whole room had dust including the bathroom stuff . Need to dust completely. Otherwise it was a nice view. One of the bed sheets did have blood stains needs some attention on that. "

"The room was clean and well maintained. A little dated but that’s ok. Staff were friendly and helpful, though finding the concierge to store luggage was a bit confusing due to lack of direction on where to go. The location of the hotel is convenient, especially for my purpose in the city, however it is very loud along the road and the building has no sound proofing. Literally every night there were loud cars going by, sounded like street racing, with loud music, people screaming and talking loudly at all hours. So rest was nearly impossible. Something to consider when booking "

"Nice hotel buy our room was not very clean. I think they focused on the bed and not the floors and wiping down. There were a few gross things that seemed easy NOT to miss cleaning. Overall, bed was comfortable. "
