"My wife and I had a great time at the fallsview. Highly recommend this place to anyone travelling. The bed was comfortable and the room was huge."

"amazing hotel to stay in, 15-20 minutes to downtown, and 30ish to the airport. Was very clean, staff was beyond friendly, and rooms were amazing! Washroom had heated floors, and our king sized room had a balcony overlooking the outdoor pool it was beautiful! We went in the indoor pool it’s in an amazing glass dome roof building and it’s warm, a good sized pool with lots of seating spots. We used uber the whole time we were down and it was a good spot to uber to and from. And there is a tim hortons a 5 minute walk from the hotel. We didn’t get to try the bar or bistro, and didn’t notice they had room service till the day we were leaving, but I’m sure it’s amazing! I will definitely be rebooking next time I come back to Toronto!"

"Stayed in a room on the 15th floor with Juliet balcony. Wonderful view of falls and fireworks. Clean and well maintained. A block away from Clifton Hill and Wego bus. Great location. Employees were friendly and helpful."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Chicago Hotel Collection-Magnificent Mile. The entire property was very clean and beautifully decorated. The staff was above and beyond with their friendly, helpful hospitality. The rooftop sky deck was a wonderful place to sit and relax. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here for my next visit."

"Great location. Smallish rooms. Comfortable bed and clean bathroom. The only problem was; the elevators are split between top floors and bottoms floors. 2 elevators for 1-10 and 2 elevators for 11-38. There was one elevator out of order due to regular maintenance, according to the sign. It never worked during my stay. 4 days. It could take 10-14 min waiting for an elevator."
