"The room was very clean, I do wish there was a little better lighting in the closet (which was walking!!). The hotel has so much history and is just fun to walk around and explore the first and second levels. The check-in staff are professional and quick. They text you and are very responsive. The pool does require a reservation after 4pm but the hot tub and sauna room in the locker are worth it on a chilly winter night. Parking is easy (just $$). I have stayed before with kiddos and had the same level of satisfaction. I will def book here on my future trips to the big C. "
