"Everything was great except one of the hostess in the breakfast place. She was not accommodating. We requested to seat by the window to see the nice view of the falls. She said the area was closed but she sat the group behind us there. We asked the waitress if we can be moved and she moved us without any issues."

"Great stay , loved the all you can eat breakfast buffet, All the staff I encountered were excellent and very pleasant, the only thing I really disliked was my room it was very small considering I had a premium room, the amenities were available, along with Wi-Fi station located dwn stairs for customers to use their devices. Suggestion : would be to have towels in the fitness room, other than, I'll be back again."

"Room and staff were fantastic. Unfortunately I can't recommend the buffet breakfast as several dishes were inedible which was really surprising. Location is great and worth staying here...just eat somewhere else."

"The property's location was perfect if you'll be spending your time on Clifton Hill. Parking was very easy on site. The room was spacious and comfortable. The only complaint was that the elevator and room hallway were hot. Like really hot. The room's AC worked wonderfully though so it just hit you every time you opened your door to leave. And the windows for our Riverview could have been cleaned on the outside. Pretty minor issues in a stay. We have already recommended the hotel to others and hope to stay again soon."

"Historic hotel. Stunning original details. Small rooms and some smell a bit old even though they have been renovated. Great bar and restaurants on property. Fantastic active location."

"Room was very clean and comfortable property is old need some upgrade some area even tho it's says smoke free y oucan smell smoke.bit disappointed in room service stayed two nights asked for bed sheet change later in the evening since I do night work and slept through morning room service. Other than that good place to stay"
