"To begin with, no one picks up the phone, they give about 9 options and tell to you text phone number that never even replies back. The TV didn’t work. There isn’t cold water. The refrigerator is warm. Some of the plug outlets didn’t work. The check in at 4 PM is mind blowing, I texted their phone number to request to check in early but never got a reply. The restroom was super nice and the hotel is in a nice area close to everything."
