"Clean room and very helpful staff! Some of the common areas are not perfectly clean or maintained exceptionally well, but everything in the room we stayed in was clean and good quality. The staff we interacted with were all kind and accommodating throughout our stay."

"Our stay was wonderful! Our room was clean, the hotel had all the promised amenities, and the staff was incredibly helpful (a special shout out to the woman who works in the gift shop, who went above and beyond to help us navigate postage and mailing for post cards to the States!). We paid for the superior Falls view and were not disappointed! The view from the room and experience in the hotel were worth every penny! Highly recommend!"

"Great stay! We were very pleasantly surprised to check in early, the bed was heavenly, and it’s very easy to store your luggage for the afternoon if you’re going to a game. Only complaint is we were only there for one night!"
