"The room was clean. The heat worked but could not set to a temperature and it reach that temperature. It was about 8 degrees off. It did stay warm though. Shopping was great around and plenty of restaurants close. We were able to walk to Bryant Park, the Public Library, Saks, and all of the Broadway shows we wanted very easily. Only thing I didn’t not like was there was not a microwave in the room. There was a mini fridge which was great. The mattress was covered with a protector and both box springs and mattress were zipped up in the protector which I found to be a positive thing.."
