The Room was nice and clean, bathroom had nice shower but the bathroom was very compact (Tight) when we arrived the Room was nice & cosy but about 2 hours later the radiator went cold and I didn't know how to switch the heating on again
It was a very cold day in Birmingham so needed to have the heating on all the time but unfortunately we didn't know where to switch on
Otherwise everything was Very good

Would definitely recommend and will use again when I'm in Birmingham

Our room was very interesting, period lead windows, oak beams and a brick fireplace. Very cosy with a sumptuous Elizabethan style bed. Staff are friendly and helpful. Due to the age of the building some parts of the room are less than perfect, the floor is uneven and there were a few cobwebs on the light fittings but strangely that adds to the authenticity of the place. Lovely stay, great price will definitely be back.
