"Could not have an imagined a better location and house for a long weekend with friends. We loved the pool, outdoors showers, open and modern space, proximity to the beach and beautiful sunset views. This house really has it all! The hosts have thought of every detail from boogie boards, beach sun shades and bikes to extra phone chargers. Will definitely be coming back! "

"We had an incredible stay. Robby and Joe were so welcoming and set us up to have a fantastic time. The house is clean, modern, and perfectly equipped with everything you need. You can’t beat the location- just a few blocks from the ferry and downtown cherry grove. We enjoyed perfect sunsets on the bay and easy beach days. We wished we could’ve stayed for longer! We can’t wait to come back next year!!"

"Our family enjoyed our stay and loved how close we were to the ocean! The shed was fully stocked with all the essentials we needed for our time spent on the beach. The outdoor shower was a highlight of everyone’s stay. The backyard deck had plenty of seating and we enjoyed most of our meals out there. The listing photos are accurate in that there aren’t any true couches inside to sit on. The living room has a few benches with cushions on them, so not the most comfortable setup for relaxing inside. In our experience during the summer months, the bunkbed room was unfortunately too hot to sleep in. This room also houses the water heater and dryer so it was more of a utility room turned bedroom that had poor ventilation and a free standing AC unit that was not blowing cool air at the time of our stay. But if you can fit your group in the other three rooms you may not end up needing this room as a bedroom. Overall, though, it was an enjoyable stay with family."

"Nice little place fully stocked with a few things you might want. Coffee, water, beach towels, bicycles, etc…the staff was friendly and very helpful for check in and bicycle rental!"

"This house is beautiful, perfectly located between the ferry, the beach, restaurants, market, and twenty minute walk to Ocean Beach. For almost 2k/night, (rental plus fees), it should be closer to ideal. Having the pool is the game changing decisive factor, but the little things as described above need to be addressed. Without the pool, I could find an older, comfortable home for half the price and adjust my expectations accordingly."
